Venue Overview

Our Pavilion is our largest indoor space. It has a well stocked kitchen, three bathrooms, and a large open meeting space that can accommodate up to 120 people for dinner or 100 classroom style. It comes equipped with a projector, sound system, tables, and chairs.

Main Room

Our Pavilion has a large open meeting space that can accommodate up to 120 people for dinner or 100 classroom style. It comes equipped with a projector, Bluetooth sound system, microphones, tables, and chairs.
For a hybrid indoor/outdoor event (when booking the entire resort), the glass windows can be opened by a staff member.

Stage

The stage has a rear-facing projector for presentations/movies, or you can pull the curtains to create a great behind-the-scenes staging area.

Kitchen

Kitchen appliances include: A microwave, two full-size gas stove/ovens, two smaller wall ovens, two fridges with freezers, two dishwashers, and an ice machine. Basic cooking and serving ware are included.

Bathrooms

There are three bathrooms: men's, women's, and a family bathroom with a changing table. The bathrooms come equipped with toilet paper, paper towels, & hand soap. Additional public bathrooms are available outside the Office and Clubhouse.

Fishing Supplies (Catch & release fishing allowed onsite. Fishing for harvesting allowed nearby at Baker Reservoir with a valid fishing license).

*For safety and in accordance with state rules, fire may occasionally be banned on property. Please check with the office before using the fire pits or charcoal grills. (Bring your own wood/charcoal). Fireworks (sparklers & pop-its included) are illegal in this area and are never allowed on property.
